Also, I forgot to mention to cut the salt from your diet. Fast food is loaded with it so avoid that as well. I know if you are used to a lot of salt it will be hard, so take baby steps and try to cut your intake to minimum. Example would be- intead of ten shakes of salt on your Eggs make it 3 shakes and then after your used to that reduce to one shake and so on, I think thats easy to understand. Also as far as eggs If you love eggs start reducing the egg yolks just like with the salt have one egg with yoke and add more without yolk . Becareful not to try to cut everything out at once but gradually. Then you will be less likely to end up quiting. Again, I don't endorse Deagles method because he would have you spend thousands on stuff that you really don't need IMHO, unless you can afford it and really want to go thru all that. Last but not least if your not a Alcholic or allergic, have a glass of quality red wine with your evening meal.
