OK, I thought I would type up some of the new Cosmic Awareness newsletter, but it really is quite long and printed in very small font, so I am going to just transcribe the paragraph talking about Oct 14th. OK?

It [the rosetta stone] will be presented soon, this is correct. It will be presented after that which is First Contact. The First Contact is an event that is scheduled to happen and to occur in the next few months. There has been put out on the Internet a date given as the possible date of First Contact, that date being October 14th, 2008. This is seen as a distinct possibility, but even if it does not occur at that time, First Contact is planned in the next few months, for it is time for those agencies that are part of the Galactic Federation to make their appearance, for the plans that are afoot are such that if mass consciousness is to be lead into the belief that a third world war is imminent, that it will be soon, then the event of First Contact may be enough to waylay this series of events and may expose the elite and their plans for a new reality will suddenly be open to the masses, whether they wish it or not.
There will be many who deny such an event, and who will believe the public experts, the government officials who declare the matter a hoax, and yet the evidence will be there for all to see. This Awareness is referring to the planned even that has been spoken of where a Mother Ship from the Galactic Federation of Light, will make an appearance over that state known as Alabama. While this Awareness will not 100% say this will truly happen, It will say that in the forecast of 2008 It forecast a First Contact around the period being cited.
Thus it is that this Awareness does support that the intent and the plan is that the Galactic Federation will finally appear and First Contact will happen.

Indeed they are. These ships are constantly in the spaces above the planet, in the atmosphere above the planet.

They are ships of the Galactic Federation for the most part, not only the Sirians or Arcturians, but Pleiadians as well as others of the Galactic Federation.

The letters to the editor part of the newsletter also has a channeling submitted from a reader by a person named Zingdad who channels a Pleiadian named Adamu. It is a reading from August 11th. I don't know if it is available on the web or not. It also "confirms" a First Contact, with the Pleiadians/Federation of Light, in the near future.
