I reject the entire premise of the thread title.

Some may choose to look at the global decline of market economics as a crisis - I don't think China sees it that way. And neither should we.

Remember, the Chinese symbol for "crisis" also means "opportunity." I believe they understand the duality, and will act on it accordingly.
