In meditation, when I am aware of the fact I am fundamentally a Soul... Enlivening/Encompassing/Driving a body, with full intelligent power coming from me/soul over my body.

Focusing on a specific part, being it for a moment, and desiring an effect with Love felt for this part of my body, always brings out results.

And it's been a long while since last time I've been sick. True for my wife too. Our two young boys are perfectly healthy, no vaccines, no fluorine, never will.
