Hello Weareone,
That's very dedicated. In my past the harder i tried the further away i got, i think that it was my mind and its thoughts that held me back. The Shifting that took place within my system happened out of nowhere!, i was reading the Keys of enoch and feeling the love, then the feeling in my Heart chakra moved up into my Crown and it felt as though something was sitting on my head. I understood many things that before i did not. That is how it started for me.
I did not fly out of my body as i thought, it was more along the lines of my Consciousness opening up, it was totally in the mind. I became instantly smarter! I was accessing part of my mental systems that before were unknown.
When i look at my reality it seems so different, i feel slightly removed and its increasing.
Astral body????
