Where have you been since the economy went haywire from 7th?
They predicted 'release language' from then, which would go on until March of 2009, in bursts. The fear/anger expressed through the release language is probably due to everyone panicking over their money, and being angry with the rotten swines that perpetrated the collapse. I think that's fairly spot-on.
