So it appears that if you see a flash of light, your timeline may have changed.
This is an interesting article explaining more on the dimensional shift that may occur in 2012.
Another example of a change in your timeline would be that you are listening to your favorite radio station and realize that it is another radio station on the same frequency. Then you investigate the radio station and realize that the radio station you were listening to never existed. Because somehow you shifted to another timeline.
And because we are experiencing the unexplained new energy, there have been reports that timelines are merging together. Which can cause strange twilight zone type stuff to occur.
