Maybe the Government is getting ready / prepared for the "Race Wars" if Mr. Barack Obama looses the upcoming election?

I have read hints that voters might revolt IF "their man" doesn't get in.

So...

Do you want the Government to be prepared?
Do you want the Government to have a contingency plan in place? To protect the citizens from a) themselves b) ETs c) other Foreign government invasion d) all of the above or e) none of the above. (They just want to give the guys a break, eat lots of Mickey D's, pizza, and drink beer.)
