They gave us the technology that we misused. They have an obligation karmically to fix this mess.We received a lot of technology from et races that we weren't ready for. If a parent gave their 2 year old a gun and he shot his playmate, wouldn't the parent be responsible? If there had never been interference, then I agree we would need to clean up our own mess, but without assistance at this point, it doesn't seem possible without the counter technology to undo the damage done.
