I read a few years ago that this teenager was working on a way of keeping the internet going in the event that the TPTB or a virus destroyed.

I think it was based on the concept of turning every PC on the net into a form of server/router.

The thing is we could fairly easily create our own www using radio telemetry. All we need is the basic structure and knowledge to be put in place. This maybe very basic compared to what we enjoy on the internet now, maybe even going back to the good old days of using BBS.

Things to ponder for sure.
