I work for a big Australian company typing medical transcription for large public and private hospitals at home through broadband internet. They employ lots of MTs in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere overseas. If the internet went down, we couldn't work, the company would lose, the doctors would lose, private and public consultants would not get their work done, - AND, most importantly for me my negative husband who thinks we are a bunch of negative, unintelligent loony tunes would actually take notice, because he does want his internet, one way or the other if it happens big deal, but he would really stand up and take notice then but then he would say it was because of this or that not anything about what we discuss here.
