Wheras Bill seems kind enough to respond in a different manner than the one which you used to initiate the question, I prefer to answer the question in the same manner as it is asked. Treat a bully like a bully, Treat a gentleman like a gentleman.
I hoped that you would have learned something from this, but you obviously have not.
