, seems as though i need to calm my 3rd eye and crown......i actually do have to close them down slightly or i do see auras and swirly wavey stuff every where, also other realms, and all the extra info can give one a headache! but on the up note it is easy to enter meditation and shamanic work because of this. seems the other charckras are doing fine.....i am pleased to see my heart is open (have been working on the heart for a good couple of years now, since i split from my ex). the results actualy are quite spot on, have cheacked out my chakras with my pendulum to see how close the results would be.
