It feels like the entire real estate realm may become even more complex, and that once a property enters any level of default, the past protections afforded through normal channels may be abandoned to the monolithic blackhole of "Section 8".
Does anyone in the
District of Criminals recall that there shall be no law / legislation enacted which degrades the separation of three branches of US Government, besides those pesky Presidential Executive Orders?
