Maybe they're in the minority right now working towards end game. Maybe they have their own enemies here on this planet in the form of other ET's including greys that keep each other in check to a certain extent.

Maybe they are waiting for their planet niburu to show up in the next few years before they finalize end game.

Maybe the battle is much more spiritual than we are led to believe and the forces of light are ultimately putting a stop to the major nasty moves the repies and friends have already been planning on pulling off...

Maybe God is really in charge here and God has a plan for planet earth, and that plan is that the inhabitants remember their divine heritage and connect to their own power wisdom and love within themselves. Maybe it is part of a school lesson, we see what happens when we give up our power and expect the PTB to take care of us... and realize that truly the power lies within us to take care of our own planet...
