I'm a vegetarian...but I'm not vegan...or particularly health conscious...other than being vegetarian and vigorously walking an hour each day in a beautiful natural setting. The world needs to be more in touch with nature...and needs more exercise and rest. I haven't studied Dr. Day extensively...but I have generally liked what she has to say. Theologically...I differ with her...but I think that I am spiritually in tune with her. I agree with you regarding the vegan observation. I'm just sick of the medical industrial complex of millionaires and institutions who are trying to 'help' us.
