This looks more like a sterotype alien "whiltley striber" style "head" to me - squint and I can see the large eyes, and the crop-lay doesnt have that close packed structure I normally associate with what I beleive as authentic circles. There is a circular structure there, but could the "beard" part have been added after by a faker?
