If you notice on the Check your name is in capital Letter`s And because you are not that person your signature means that you are the Authorized agent for the capitalized name . They tie you to your straw man this way this means that your credit cards are in fact not your responsibility but your starw mans the Bank knows this you can walk away from that debt and they can not tie it to your credit report because that to belongs to your straw man
