Yep...I was pretty amazed ...she said and I quote..." look me in the eyes...don't cry...give me eye contact...you are not going to lose your house...I promise...I'm going to give you the same good customer service you gave me."
I about fell out of my chair. Tomorrow would be the day they would have processed the foreclosure...and today they started the loan modification that everyone else said I could not qualify for due to the other property. I could care less about the other property...it's just the renters I have there are so nice..and now I'm buried in that place as well.
I really don't care about the house I'm in either..but I have three dogs I love dearly...and I cannot get in an apartment with three dogs...so I was more concerned about the dogs then the house.
I do like the house...it's the home I've set up for my family..but it's only a house....I am so relieved now..and that woman Julia was my angel.
