The text you provided was quoted in a book called, "The Lost Journals" apparently sent to an investigative reporter called Allan Carmak when he was making his TV show A Strange World (I looked on Google for this program and drew a blank to both the program itself and the date of the 'contact' between the top secret air force personnel and the reporter).
Also this story was related in an E-Book called, "Home of the Angels & NASAS' Tether Experiment"
Also without mentioning the reporter was included in Dr. Steven Greers' site and also the Veritas site once again not mentioning the reporter.
As for the photos of lunar bases, according to John Lear recently, thay can't be man made, because man never went to the moon, but others believe that during the 1970s a base was built as part of a 'black op'.
I find it interesting that NASA will send a rocket to blow up part of the moon 'in search of water' later on this year, in July I think. Of course logic would suggest that that test would have been carried out when Neil Armstrong was sticking the US flag on there.
Could it be that NASA is trying to get rid of something they don't want us to see?
