You sound so much better as you have stated above, "I know that even getting sick is helping me tremendously."
Was that mint peppermint, which as you again have stated, "you're old secret" because I have used peppermint before for calming the stomach.
I just put 1 drop of peppermint essential oil in a couple ounces of water.
Just talked with a friend the other day that also slept over 12 hours. It happened to me also, but I missed an appointment as I didn't even hear my alarm.
Referrencing the dreaded poop stories; my friend saw a number of same sized black earwig looking critters come out.
Oh my..........!
