Very interesting observations of birds Firstfruit.

All I noticed was that yesterday smelled different although it was as cold or colder than the day before. Can't define what the smell was, just it was different and earthy. The only thing I can compare it with is those times in early August when the weather looks the same as the day before but there's a scent of autumn.

while writing this, i've just heard that John Martyn has died. RIP and thank you for the music.
