These are the words I used along with the Emotional Freedom Technique.

"Even though I have this nausea, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." (That is repeated three times.)

When I tap the points after that I use the words: "This nausea."

Sometimes you have to repeat the procedure a few times in a row to get relief, but it is amazingly effective. You can tap for almost anything, but don't tap too hard, your face will start to hurt. (Tap at least 5 times on each point.)
