Hey all.

I was a bit worried I was using the wrong drop sizes so;

I have freshly squeezed lemon juice and added to the empty citric acid bottle I bought. I figure this will help keep the ratios almost perfect.

anyone know how long the freshly squeezed lemon juice will stay 'fresh'?

Up to 7 drops and my bowels are becoming looser.
