Thanks All.

Im not sure what is 'in my mind' or real at the moment.

I think my nails look very shiny and my bowels are a little looser. Had three this morning, gonna try 4 tonight and hit the sack.

I have noticed that my athletes foot has suddenly flared up. I have had it (on and off) for 20 years - i play a lot of football and wear trainers etc.

Im not sure if this is the MMS driving it out of my system? I also took a photo today of my fungi toe nail - i will post it up soon.

I must admit though, I havent had any miracoulous differences in the way I feel (other than waking up a little easier). Maybe Im not the hyperchrondriac I thought I was and I am actually healthy. Or maybe the MMS is slowly working slowly.
