Distillation and reverse-osmosis machines will remove the fluoride if you have to drink water contaminated with fluoride by your local council. Check out the excellent Fluoride Action Network website if you want to know more about the dangers of fluoride including 23 studies that have linked fluoride with lowering your I.Q.!!!

Even some countries are trying to get flurode added to bottkled water, including NZ and Australia - see my post re this on here if interested.
