"War on Terrorism": A huge joke?
 

Just thought I'd bring this up as I have noticed that there are still people in this country (US) that believe that terrorists are going to attack anytime soon and that we must continue funneling money towards the ponzi scheme known as the war on terrorism.

I mean, what a colossal joke. The PTB are the true terrorists and it's pretty sad to see that they've still got paranoid supporters of their little wars on everything (war on drugs, war on terrorism, etc).

It almost disgusts me and I feel for the person who is still convinced of terrorism. Hopefully, they will find the truth someday.

There are false flag terrorists, and there are regular terrorists. There are many foriegn groups who would desperately like to execute a large scale attack on the US, however their sophistication and capabilities may be subpar (until the cia/mi5/isi etc.. clandestinely hook 'em up). Unfortunately they both basicly serve the same purpose; to increase fear and persuade citizens to relinquish more of their rights . Not all "terrorism" is false flag terrorism directly. It serves the same purpose to instigate terrorism, but sometimes something specific must be done (i.e: 9/11). Then they put on a big show attacking the symptoms which only serves to fuel the causes.

To me the "war on terror" seems like having a war on jealousy or boredom. How can you win a war on a feeling?

Oh and the "war on terrror" to me seems more like a bait and switch scheme rather than a ponzi (pyramid) scheme.

I only referenced it as a ponzi scheme because we throw tons of money at fighting terrorists, which actually enriches the Dept of Homeland Defense and the contractors in Iraq and so forth.

I just find it hilarious that people still live in fear of the bogeyman. If a population becomes docile and fearful of something, haven't they already lost the "war" then?

Yup! That's where the argument falls down.

Our governments argue that they will never bow to terrorism. They site terrorism as being an attack on our way of life, an attack on freedom. So how do they propose to defend our way of life? By taking away that same freedom, which according to them is what the terrorists want to do!

How can you reason with that kind of insane logic? If it wasn't so serious I'd be LMAO, it's such a ridiculous argument. But they talk about it as if it's the most reasonable and obvious truth in the world, and most people still believe them!

The war on terrorism is a war that can never be won. How would you know that you've won? It's an excuse for endless war, and more importantly, for allocating the money that is fed into such a war. And, as an added bonus, people are convinced to give away their freedom. It's a win-win-win for the PTB, and a lose-lose-lose for the rest of us.

If you want to see where this is going, google "Naomi Wolf" author of "The End of America". The path we are on has been used before.

It amazes me that more people don't see it for what it is.
