Re: WingMakers Event Temples Quantum Breath
I am sorry Gnosis, but I failed to find an audio download to the Quantum Breath in the EVT website... could you please point me to that link, within the website...?

Re: WingMakers Event Temples Quantum Breath
Okay, thanks for bringing it up. I see that one has to register at http://eventtemples.com and then click on the "downloads" in the left menu.
cheers! gnosis |
Re: WingMakers Event Temples Quantum Breath
I have been a member of EVTs, since the day the site was launched...and contribute to the grid of compassion daily.
I downloaded the "sessions" as soon as they were available, but you said that there was a download for the Quantum Pause breathing technique - and that is what I have not found. |
Re: WingMakers Event Temples Quantum Breath
Okay, I went back to the downloads page and there are two sessions:
http://www.eventtemples.com/download...Session_1b.mp3 It is more than just breathing, but I think one can continue the breathing during the guided meditation. They are near the bottom of the downloads page. You might have to look at the Site Map. I'm listening to it right now :-) In my PEAT class we also performed some similar breathing before we did the session. Gnosis |
Re: WingMakers Event Temples Quantum Breath
yes, as I said, I have both of the "sessions" downloaded...but your topic title is misleading...there is nothing in the EVT website about Quantum Breath...as a matter of a fact, the new interview, with this technique, is not even listed in the "what's new" section of the official WMs website...since it belongs to Project Camelot.
It is true that Mark starts the first session with three synchronized breaths, but it is nothing like the Quantum Pause...and honestly I think it would be distracting to try to do that while participating in the session. I got the impression from the interview, that it was suggested that this technique is a great way to start the day. My personal suggestion for the Temples sessions would be to do both sessions, in order, one after the other...they seem to me, to build upon each other like the WMs music CDs...and doing them both together seems to enhance the experience for me...the first one is so short, and I like to prolong the meditation ... of course there is alway a noticeable difference when doing them alone, than the group sessions...wow I especially like the graffiti wall...and sharing my thoughts :original: |
