Bush Administration Moving Fast to change Regulations:
 

Greeting's to all,

It is the custom, (especially since Bill Clinton's Administration), to change or firm up government regulations, before the new administration takes office; But, the Bush gang is moving fast, taking advantage of the lowest approval ratings> since Richard Nixon.

Update: Apparently some of Bush's staff missed the memo; As they have been rushing, to change lots of regulations, Congress passed a law back in 1999, making June 1, 2008> the last day effectively, for any serious changes to go into affect. The Obama team, though will still have to undue the paper chase.
