Re: Double rainbows

I used to see doubles all the time growing up, just after a heavy rain and with the sun just right, pretty cool.

Re: Double rainbows

Are you sure its two rainbows and not one split ?
The photos make it look like the red wavelength is stretched .
Just an observation.

Re: Double rainbows

When commentator Tim Russert passed away, they had his funeral and played a wonderfully unique rendition of Over the Rainbow. Immediately after that song, people stepped out into the street and saw a double rainbow. Everyone K N E W it was sent from Tim as a big smile and as reassurance that he's okay! I love this true story! :wub2:

I had two elderly cats pass away within a month of each other this summer and I buried them under a stately maple tree in the back of my yard. I was watering the flower garden in front of the graves one day and saw two double rainbows made from the water flow itself...and the rainbows extended from one side of the resting places to the other. I cannot express how much comfort that brought to me.

Peace and blessings to all,
K

Re: Double rainbows

IMHO,
The rainbows are giving a visual view of how light occurs.
Instead of accepting what you have been TOLD, think.
Try to percieve of wave fronts , basically sound based, that this planet creates such, as does the moon, and of course ever so powerfully the sun.
As these wave fronts encounter their opposite wave fronts, light occurs, not a torch beam from the sun as TOLD.
The signal detectable at ninty degrees to how these two wave fronts meet is ascribed as the speed of light, nonesense, total nonesense.
There is no speed of light, there are detectable signals that can be measured to that speed, but it is not the cause of light.
By locking our sciences down with such nonesense, we have been imprisoned here on the planet.
watch for many different rainbows , especially upside down ones.
the light on the moon, is local to the moon, there is no light in space, there is no heat in space, the sun is not hot as you have been TOLD, what we see is an electrical storm taking place thousands of miles above the surface of the PLANET called the sun.
This is an electrical universe, and we are a consequence of the relative electrical condition on the surface of the earth, we are electrical beings occupying biological bodies temporarailly, WAKE UP.
We have been veiled, against the truth.
