WARNING: Strange things going on in West Virginia

Greetings All,
I'm not here to cause fear or anxiety but want to report some very strange things being witnessed.
Just got a call from a family member who is driving to West Coast from DC today. Between 2-3 am this morning as he was traveling West on Hwy 68, he started noticing about 4 convoys of tanker trucks followed by black SUV's with cop lights in them like the ones the Secret Police use or other three letter agencies. He says they were escorting very large ORANGE tanker trucks. These trucks were twice as large as conventional tanker trucks used to haul petroleum or gas. He also noticed convoys of militay troop transport trucks along the route at a rest stop. This was along Hwy's 68 West and 79 South (his direction). They were moving in the opposite direction.
Has anyone else in these areas seen such activities? Why are they doing this in the wee hours of the morning? Is this something to do with the Oct 7th event?
Please all members in those areas keep your eyes peeled. Does anyone else have anything to share about these "ORANGE" tankers and what they may be carrying?
Love & Light...be vigilant!

thanks for the heads up, wes.....these are more of the factuals that most of us need. Ears to the ground, eyes to the skies:thumb_yello:

They were hauling petroleum from a tank farm. Nothing to fear.

Peace.

Isn't West Virginia where Mount Weather is?

If that were the case, whats up with the black-ops like SUV's? Wouldn't they be using State Police escorts instead? And why under the cloak of darkness?

It must have been a large amount of petroleum. Larger than usual. Maybe they felt they needed the extra protection. Or this oil was being delivered to a secret base.

What is Mount Weather? My source couldn't figure out where they could have possibly been coming from except "out of the mountains" which didn't make sense to him?!?!?!

The Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (or simply Mount Weather) is a "civilian" command facility, the center of operations for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). ... It functions as a main relocation site for the highest level civilian and military officials, and what is called, seemingly interchangeably, the 'Continuity of Government' and the 'Continuity of Operations Plan'."[1]

Nighttime travel is required for some extra over sized loads. And, it would also require a highway patrol type escort.

The black SUV's are an unknown factor. Maybe they are filming a scene for the next episode of "24."

Seriously, maybe homeland security is doing something closer to their job and providing security for loads that positivily cannot get into the hands of terrorists. What a concept.

For the cause,

Thank you Soul Sequence and others...

That would make complete sense why these unusual tanks were being escorted by black-ops vehicles and not the conventional method of escort using local/state law enforcement.
Must mean they know something most others don't?:mfr_omg:
Cheers!

Mount Weather is in northern Virginia, not West Virginia. This convoy was heading east, sounds like, from West Virginia to who knows where. There's lots of government stuff up that way.

Brigade begins Homeland deployments Oct 1; Army has Ray Gun for riot/crowd control

U.S. Army battalion troops deploy to - well U.S.A.! And U.S. Army has a Ray Gun. Reading these two items together and one could wonder why U.S. active Army battalion needs to deploy to non-combat zones on America homeland soil, while state level National Guard troops need to deploy to combat zones in Iraq. And one could wonder about this scenario as well. U.S. Army being aware of and urgently requesting the non-lethal Ray Gun for use in Iraq and Afghanistan was denied permission. Weapon shown to be effective in riot and crowd control via practice demonstrations using people acting as 'peace protesters'.

They've had the ray gun for a few years now. Usually they are mounted on top of Hummers and kind of look like a satellite dish. Several videos were released of press reporters volunteering to be zapped and they all ran away screaming. I think Alex Jones has some pics on his websites.
