Touch the self~ this all you need to do.

Realize> we (you) are the supreme ruler.

You are the God who possesses within the silence of your being the ability to think, the ability to create, and the ability to become whatever you want to become?

It is you who determines life;
What is good for you, what is to be expected by you, what is experienced by you > ~ it is you ~ by your own thinking (creation).

We (humans) are manifested from this thinking, (thus) our emotions. We are not what we inhabit. but what we feel! These emotions created our (Ego) bodies.
We (the ego), are a collectiveness of these emotions > stored within our souls. This body of ours, is just the carriage (a vehicle), that allows us to live and play upon this plane of matter.
For the Creator of "All there Is" ~says~ "every emotion, so be it."

This is your life, whatever you think and then feel > so will be!

When a negative thought about someone comes to my mind because of something that person did or said or didn't do or didn't say... I'm going to think to myself, "Yes that happened but I love you anyway."

I create this day to be one of joy, harmony and industriousness. Every person I interact with today I will be 'present' with as they are aspects of myself.I stay in the "now" moment this day and my inner Self prompts me with ideas and information as to the most creative way to accomplish my various tasks and jobs. Thus the day unfolds as I have created it to, in magical ways.
