The prison crisis is not limited to California. Well, if they'd let those poor weed users out of jail, I wonder what kind of drop they'd have in their prisoner population. Oh, wait, that's a federal crime - isn't it? Maybe they can't let those out. (Can't have too many 'mericans altering their state of consciousness -) :mfr_lol:
