I think this non-compliance thread is a good one... and what I would love to see is some of the non-compliant things that people are doing now to accomplish the quiet revolution... so I will start...

I started a child-in-need-of-care case that has been ongoing for the last 1-1/2 years and have not so quietly been showing the courts and the Child Protective Services where they have failed in serving the public correctly. From my involvement and standing up, my lawyer has been able to take my observations to a panel of other judges and lawyers to discuss the mismanagement of Social Services Procedures. My grandstand speech is prepared for the last hearing on Dec.8.

wish me luck!

Thank you so much for caring and devoting your time and energy to a child! Thank you! :wub2:

But I need to say that listening to Alex Jones has taught me that a child can be hurt by being put into Child Protective Services. Children have been abused in Child Protective Services.

I don't know the circumstances where you are and with this particular situation, of course.

But thank you again, and thank you for your post.

First- I did not throw my son to the wolves just to champion a cause… as a single mom with all 3 children (young adults/adults now) that have various forms of behavior and developmental problems, I finally asked “the village” for assistance with my 3rd child that was insisting on going down the wrong path and the “experts” had been – for years- claiming (basically) that it was my fault- they really could not see that the child had any problems… but I knew there was more to it than just a minor attention difficulty and needed to have a correct diagnosis so I would be able to get him some real help. (not to mention the older brother that desperately needs some assistance too, and that in hoping for some assistance with #3 I could maybe find some programs that could really help with both of them, instead of just running around like a headless chicken, constantly managing crises damage control).

The rest of it simply evolved out of the regular dealings with the State and the Courts, and the lawyer was very relieved to finally find someone “who could articulate what the problems were” with THE SYSTEM so that he could address the issues with the legal community.

Second- I was simply trying to get people to open up and to show that no matter what situation you are in, they could take courage in the fact that THE GOVERNMENT is not to big to stand up to.

So… I am sorry if I stepped on someone’s toes so hard that they had to ask me to quietly slink away… I promise not to embarrass you anymore, OK? (P.S. I have had many CPS investigations over the last 23 years and have gotten a green light on all of them- I would like to see Alex Jones walk in my shoes for 1 month and see how long he lasts...)

You have not embarrassed me in any way.

I don't know what "the village" is; I'm not familiar with that terminology.

All I know is that there is a problem with Protective Services in this country. And I'm sure lots of people don't realize it. I would not have known about it had I not listened to Alex Jones. I had the best of intentions in what I posted, and I stand by it.

I wish you the very best. :wub2:

Okay.

I did not realize from your first post that you were talking about your own child.

So, the assistance you're trying to get will not take your child out of your custody? You're looking for services?

You're talking about CPS investigating you?

Alex Jones is talking about CPS being investigated.

Sorry - I guess my nerves really arent made of steel...

he had already been in and out of Juvenile Detention several times and so I figured that a foster home or treatment facility - for a while- would be better than jail to see if he would respond better to someone else than just rebelling against mom (and to see if it really was something more serious than border line ADHD)

Yes, I have been investigated lots of times, and there have been rumors of CPS being investigated for years due to the abuse in foster homes over the years... when did you hear this info from A.Jones?

My heart goes out to you.

Have you thought about looking for a support group for parents in a similar situation that you could join?

Is your son on medication for this?

I surmise that there is a wealth of information and helpful advice and support from people on this forum who have researched things like ADHD.

all my boys have been thru the pharma mill and stuff either has no effect or bad effects... the parent support groups I tried don't have kids anywhere near my kids ages (younger) so I got no help there, and I probably could have taught the parenting classes I attended better then the host/doctor, and all the experts I talked to (the ones with the little piece of paper) were so dumbstruck as to why i was not in the funny farm yet *they just could not believe the extent of what I told them I deal with on a daily basis)... that I decided to see what i could do with the CPS system...

... I would gladly relinquish my Trail-Blazer award to someone else, in a split second...

You say have been. Your son is no longer on medication?

How about nutrition? I think the Health/Alternative Medicine sub-forum might help you help your son.

Maybe you could start a thread...

You would not believe how the proper nutrition - after lab tests to see where the problems lie - you would not believe what nutrition can do to solve behavior problems and reduce criminal behavior. Of course you will not find that kind of help from any regular doctor or agency. Look up orthomolecular medicine. Here's a place to start: http://www.hriptc.org/index.php

I went to Alex Jones' website and did a search for "Child Protective Services."

This article was at the top of the search results. I clicked on the "JBS" link to the original article but it is now a dead link. I don't know publication JBS is:

Family Attorney Blows the Whistle on State Child Protective Services Agencies

JBS | July 11, 2007
Bill Hahn

Practicing family attorney Gregory Hession confirms child protective service agencies engage in abusive, deliberate and dirty tricks motivated by federal funding.

Every year thousands of families are forcibly separated from their children based on unsubstantiated or outright false allegations of child abuse. Gregory Hession, a practicing constitutional and family law attorney in Mass., says that for these families, the nightmare has only begun.

Children in child protective services (CPS) have been abused, wounded, brain washed, drugged, adopted out and some have even died. Hession has represented hundreds of these families and has dedicated himself to exposing CPS abuses and reuniting loving, deserving families. He documents CPS abuses in the July 23, 2007, issue of The New American magazine.

Hession's articles highlight true stories of families who have been targeted by CPS agencies. All the families discussed are Hession's clients.

Hession writes that state CPS agencies continually yank children out of good, loving homes based on flimsy allegations of child abuse. He asserts that the child protection business generates so much money, and employs so many social workers, therapists, lawyers and other professionals, that it needs a steady flow of cases to keep all of these workers employed. In Mass., the cost of these state services totals into the billions of dollars, which the state can leverage to obtain prodigious quantities of federal reimbursement monies.

In 2005, more than 3.3 million reports involving 6 million children were made to state child-abuse hot lines. The vast majority of these eventually proved to be untrue. Statistics from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services show 40 percent of allegations are initially screened out. Of the remaining 60 percent, nearly two-thirds of child-abuse investigations are unsubstantiated. Yet, more than 500,000 children are currently in foster care and another 300,000 or so are forcibly removed from their homes by the system every year.

Hession states that genuine child abuse obviously does exist and those involved in its practice need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. However, he writes that most people would likely disagree with CPS in how it defines abuse or neglect. Families are attacked for home-schooling or spanking their children, for not overseeing all play activities, or for when a child has an accident. Only a small percentage of the 3.3 million reported cases annually prove to be genuine abuse, and the system does a bad job of sorting it out.

The articles conclude that millions of children are imperiled by this imperious, abusive CPS system, which works quietly without much public scrutiny. Change will likely come only when the cruelties have been exposed, and the public reaffirms that raising children is the responsibility of families, not the state.

***********************************************

The words "motivated by federal funding" explains alot...

My understanding from listening to Alan Watt is that part of the New World Order agenda is the breakdown of the family and the bringing in of "governance" to control every aspect of our lives.

I've been thinking today about who to address regarding body scanners. Who implements the decision to place body scanners in airports? Is it employees of The Department of Homeland Security?

We need to start a "security is not liberty" campaign. Non compliance goes so far. The government is foolishly trying to make people believe they can have both, security and liberty when no such thing exist. There is no freedom with government controlled security.

Perhaps a good start would be to start campaigns of letter writing to our reps and tell them we don't want full body scanners or futuristic mind reading devices.

I would also support a boycott of flying to tell the airlines we don't want it.

The nation has to come to it's senses or else we will be staring down the barrel of a gun held to our collective heads by our own government in the name of our own safety.

Listening to the archive of Alex Jones' January 8, 2010 radio program, I learned that not only are body scanners to be used in airports, but also in mobile units - to be used at large public gatherings.

In my opinion, our Congress has demonstrated that they are hopelessly corrupt.

I feel that a peaceful revolution in the form of non-compliance by we the people is our only hope.

How can people - on the job - begin the process of establishing a culture of not implementing - not complying - with New World Order mandates?
