true story ...
we once had a pet tarantula in the house ... went on vacation and my friend took "good" care of him in the interim ... it would seem when she changed his water and took his dish out ... she didn't think to temporarily place the lid back on ... she came back and did not see anything was amiss ... vacation was over and we came back to no tarantula ... i called my friend ... asked her where he was ... was she out having dinner with him? :lmao: she said something like ... :mfr_omg: i said something like ... yeeesh ... :wall: so no one had a clue where he had gone ... didn't think he'd survive long ... needed a source of water to survive ... too bad i thought ... gonna miss the guy ... but noooo ... :nono: six weeks later i got up one morning and went to the bathroom ... seen what looked like a brown sock on the floor ... and i thought ... i don't HAVE brown socks ... what the ... went to pick it up and it scurried off away from me ... OUR BABY WAS BACK!!! but i have to say ... he was NEVER the same again ... lived another year but deteriorated during that time ... spidey psychologist said it was probably way too much freedom at once ... his system just couldn't take it ... :tears: that and no H2O i guess ... poor guy ... went to spidey heaven one day ... and always will i remember him ... on the bathroom floor that morning ... he was a good spider ... :wub2: oh ... and one day we lost the snake ... :lmao: but that's another true story ... now how many of you are going to check your bathroom floors in the morning ... :wink2: |

I'm with you on spiders Dan. I heard a tapping on the window one night and went to investigate. What I saw made my mouth dry and my undies wet. I ran back inside to take a blood pressure pill and grab the camera. This is what I saw . . . .

That spider was a bit of a shock to my system and left me with heart palpitations for a couple of days. I made an appointment to visit my doctor and she told me if I lost some weight, my palpitations would ease.
I saw this ad for a weight loss scheme where they came to your house and guaranteed at least a one kilogram loss on their $10 program in the first visit. I thought I'd give it a shot. When I opened the door to a knock next morning, here was this gorgeous young woman wearing a bikini and a sign around her neck saying, "If You Can Catch Me, You Can Have Me." I didn't catch her, but I actually lost 2kg. I though I'd give their next plan a crack. The one that guaranteed a 5kg weight loss for $20. Next morning there was another beauty standing at my door wearing just a bikini bottom and a sign sayimg, "Catch Me, And You Can Have Me." Once again, I didn't catch her, but I managed to get the bikini bottom off before I collapsed. This time I'd lost a further 7kg. Well, naturally I decided to try their ultimate plan where they guaranteed a 10kg weight loss for $50. Next morning there was a banging on the door and standing there was a big bloke with great hairy arms like a spider, he was built like brick $hit house with a sign around his neck saying, "If I Catch You, Your Ar$e is mine!" I hadn't realised how fast I could run until that moment. How much weight did I lose, I don't know. When I stand on the scales, the pointer doesn't move and I feel permanently faint and light headed. |

I have a questions. Something weird just happened to me. I went to godlikeproductions and someone asked on a thread if there was an alternative to glp. I then suggested projectavalon.net then again, I suggested abovetopsecret.com I was then banned and they rewrote my link to fu&^_off.com did they ban me because i suggested projectavalon? I have to say, this is a blessing in diguise. is it me or is godlikeproductions extremely abusive. i find it has allot of negativity and i would go to post and reasd from time to time but sometimes i would feel sick from the negativity i picked up there. anyone care to comment? |

Thank you both Brook and Dantheman.
I am actually myself part of a recovery program for other type of addictions. and Ihere's something to think about from me going there and actually reading and posting. I definitely felt sick after going there and I was actually just telling one of my mentors how addictive it seemed and how i didn't want to go anymore. Then I go and I am banned. However this happened, I am SO grateful!. it was done for me! Avalon has such a different vibration. A positive loving one an I'm so glad that's why I got banned! lol |

This is the only forum that I have posted on. I have lurked on some but seeing the attitudes on other forums I never bothered to post. I find here there are more intelligent responses and backing for material posted. There is also a wider range of topics which I like.
I must admit I was thrown into a bit of a panic this morning. I could not log unto here for about an hour for some reason. I could get on anywhere else, but this is where I wanted to be, lol. Camelot was gone as well, so I rejoiced with the return of Camelot! |
