Ok I've mentioned this on a number of threads so I thought I'd post this with the help from my friend in Amsterdam. I'm on my 3rd (now) flush and my friend who runs the anno70.nl website has completed his 5th flush...

To summarise what is in the book... effectively when you body gets toxic it starts to degenerate and age faster... and your immune function is lower.

I suggest you read the book from Andreas' Moritz it is in my mine one of if not the best £7 I spent on health for a book (amazon).

It is painless and only involves diet changes and liver salts...

I am obviously not a doctor but when I see hundreds of stones come out of me as it says in the book I think wow!!!

I've now passed ~350 stones... and tomorrow I expect to pass a load more.

I do recommend the book Liver-Gallbladder-Miracle-Cleanse-All-natural

5 days of apple juice and a vegan diet and some colon cleansing and salts and oliveoil/grapefuit shot and pop pop pop... the stones come out over a few hours...

I do recommmend the book so I will not put the full process here but e-mail me directly if anyone wants the process.

Would people like to see pictures of the stones? :D

Gotta go the epsom salts are kicking in....

I'd be interested to know more about the liver and colon cleansing. I did a rice fast a few years ago (longest 12 days I ever spent!)

More recently I was so impressed by Raymond Francis' book, 'Never be sick again' that I've changed my diet fairly radically, have lost about a stone since April (bout 8/9 Kg) and feel much healthier. - and that was really a side effect, as it's not a diet book, rather more about nutrition. the China Study by Colin Campell is equally gripping.

So yes, my next port of call was the liver/colon cleanse.

As I'm still getting my head around what I need to do for an enema :mfr_omg:, maybe we'll tackle the liver first.

Is passing the stones painful?

I must be a angel then as today I've not passed many :)

So far this morning I've only passed 20-30 small green stones (they are soft and made of collesterol and bile (and toxins) and loads of other flush stuff...

My mum on her first flush (63) has passed ~600 and has one which is over 25mm or 1 inch for the american's... a few at 10mm or so and loads of smaller ones...

No one has asked about pictures :D so I will go ahead and host my Amsterdam friends recent passage :) ~5 at 25mm

Oh so all that porcelain is the 'scheist' shelf (i googled dutch toilet) and the watery part is much smaller than in a normal bowl type toilet. Good because that pic had been giving me the impression of fist sized stones, ouch!! :shocked:

I love that the Dutch have a museum of sheist, and why cant we say **** here? It's a good anglo saxon word., merde! The museum also has actual differing toilet models that express our nationalistic attitudes to it, $hit that is.

Er, maybe not.

I mentioned on another thread I'd changed my diet about four months back and feel a lot better for it, I think the clear out is the next logical step.

Gosh, if all the pig flu does is makes sure everyone gets their healthiest, then that's not a bad thing!

I followed John's threads and bought the book and did my first flush this last weekend. Saw a few small stones but nothing major, i gather this is normal on the first flush...
I also bought an enema kit and did one for the first time...

one thing amazed me and still does, is my Skin - its so soft, never had skin like this before, toned? Im not even sure how to describe it..like oiled skin but not oily in texture, just amazingly soft lol...

I will try another flush again..i didnt handle the apple juice so easily, i gained a few pounds of weight from all the sugar, i dont normally eat much sugar, but must have lost some weight from the enema as my fat increased and my overall weight decreased. I am wondering if I need the apple juice?

Also in a pm John told me he was doing weekly flushes where the bok recommends monthly ones...

the apple juice softens the stones... Malic acid is the bit needed.

I do my apple juice 50/50 with my CLEAN water (see my 70% water thread for that) I also add a cap full of apple cyder vinegar just to be safe...

outline procedure:
1 Litre of apple juice a day for 5 days vegan diet (meat / dairy diffucult for your liver to process)

6th day only light food and nothing after 1pm enema before the evening
take a series of liver salts at a certain timing and strength
then later take a olive oil / pink grapefruit shake :D then lay down
More salts in the morning a certain time later...

and you have green stones popping...

I did do 3 in close succession and tonight over webcam a friend I met at Zurich has been going HOLLY "MERDE" JOHN YOU LOOK GREAT!!! She didn't use the french word :D

So maybe I'm looking better for the 5 or 6 hundred stones I now am not carrying...

She asked have I lost any weight.... and I said "I'm a few stones lighter"... :)

More details of the flush then mail me a few of you have... Ideally I'd recommend the book as I think reading it is worth it as it clarifies a number of things about health just doing the flush won't give you... but I read it cover to cover a few times and it all makes sence to me.

I will continue with the apple juice. My Mum started to start passing stones last week in her stools even before she did the salts or the flush from the apple juice!!!! The 500+ over this weekend on her first flush!!!

I've done liver cleanses via the book in question, and I can vouch that some lovely liver/gall stones come out- well, an abundance of stones at first. After a while they should be less frequent as you reach a better level of cleanliness in your liver. You should of course continue to do the cleanses on a regular basis, which is detailed in the book. Otherwise, the benefit of the cleanse is reduced.

My husband (then boyfriend) was skeptical of the power of the liver cleans, but now we swear by it. Come to think of it, it's time for another round!!! I need some apple juice!!

vegan no meat fish or diary. You feel better afterwards. Can be a little sick during and immediately afterwards until the toxic stones are out... hence enema is highly recommended.

Ok this is a little gross but I go on the view "better out than in" so I'd thought I'd share with you what has so far come out of my liver and gallbladder using Andreas Moritz's Liver flush method... In the hope it gets people to investigate further :)

Flush number 1's picture is currently on my phone and I don't seem to be able to get the picture off... It is more impressive than 2 and 3 but not 4!!!!

But Flush numbers 2 to 4 are on my camera :D so here goes...

Ok last night and this morning I did flush number 4 and to be honest I was rather disappointed after 4th load of salts as nothing seemed to be coming out of me!!! (Strange as that would mean I was empty... So I should have been happy!) but then it all started to flow out of me :D literally... I decided against the fish out method of before as it was a pain in the A... so I decided to photo in the sieve so you have a number of pics for flush 4. For scale the sieve is 150mm or 6 inches at the plastic rim.

I know, I know... gross pictures but I'm hoping it will shock some of you to look into this... as I feel great!!! not that I felt bad before but getting these out is like an emotional release as we are said to store our emotions in our livers... well I did try and have a good old emotional clear out last night forgiving whatever, whoever I could think of from my distant past... well today it seems to have paid off so to speak.

Well I intend to do the next one in 3-4 weeks time and will keep you all posted on how the sputnik zapper goes when it arrives... as it does say it is ideal to do after a liver flush or cleanse :)

It was a special cheap Asda sieve for 79p specially for the occasion.

I did actually speak too soon as I had a 5th load come out... and there seems to be small things with tails in there... they may be parasites... having issues with photobucket at the moment.

You are the first to bagsie the sieve!!! Maybe I should ebay it :) ...but unfortunately the sputnik will be sterilised, prepared and relaunched for many an unmanned mission into the internal galaxy returning via a ring of uranus :) or that is what the guy selling it told me anyway :D

There is NO McDonalds there (well maybe in the toxins within green stones from a few years ago!). I've not eaten McDonalds for over 2 years or anything like that... This is not food in this sieve as part of the cleanse requires you to be "empty" to allow the stones to drop out without blockage... it is only the contents of colon plaque, or internal organs which have rejected toxins or parasites... Or Cold pressed olive oil or freshly squeezed grapefruit :D I did not eat any white rubbery little critters :D

I feel much better and am in the process of getting the herbs required for the kidney flush

1oz Majoram
1oz cats claw
1oz comfrey root
2oz fennel seeds
2oz chickory herb
2oz Uva Ursi
2oz Hydrangea root
2 oz Gravel root
2oz Marshamallow root
2oz Goldenrod herb

I only have 2 so far so need to get finding!!! Some are difficult to get... All info is in the book at the start of the thread... As I said a must read :)

My next Liver/GB flush will be in 4 weeks...

After going to the chinese herb place today and 2 of the herbs on the list being banned from export from China I asked the chinese herb doctor what he'd recommend...

7 large bags of herbs/bark and root later... and £30 lighter in the pocket I'm now on a kidney cleanse...

Over the past several months, I have performed a Colon cleanse, Liver/GB cleanse, and Parasite cleanse. I am gearing up for my 2nd Liver/GB cleanse soon. I passed quite a few stones the first time. Given the abuse I have subjected my liver to over the years, I am sure it is really overdue for this! :shocked:

My personal guidance has been directing me to concentrate on improving my health as much as possible. I think now, and especially in the near future, it is going to be near top of the list of most important assets!

Great to see that others are getting this guidance as well.
