I've started building a house on the land and expect to finish the interior this summer. Here's some pictures:

Re: Montreal (Quebec) Radiant Zones

As a way of introduction, here's some information on the beginning vision of my Radiant Zone, called Rainbow Community. The Rainbow Community is a place where like-minded people can form a community to live, and experience life as a spiritual/mental and physical being. The following diagram illustrated the desired goal for the community to evolve to a direction where more time will be available to develop the spiritual aspect of life, compared to the present society where the focus is on the physical aspect of life.

The community values to live by can be expressed as Spirit, Respect, and Perseverance. By Spirit is mean the recognition of our essence as a spiritual being; we do not need to always agree, but we must always treat each other with respect; the quality of perseverance is required to accomplish one's goals.

The Radiant Zone community can be viewed as prototyping for a new way of living, a new society if you will. My part in this is to provide a framework, a creative environment for this to happen. I do not see my myself as the only initiator for projects or activities to evolve the community. Anyone can go through the process of proposing a project, getting people interested and finding the resources to initiate a project. In this sense I see myself more as a catalyst, a facilitator for the vision. My own initiating project is proposing a retreat center where people can live there, and practice and develop their physical/ mental and spiritual abilities. When they are not present, the rooms can be rented out for revenue. This is part of a desired goal to have a self sufficient community. Being able to grow food is another part of it and can be seen as a separate or companion project. People that can identify with the goals, but not be able to locate there can be part of what I call the Rainbow Fellowship. See the diagram below for this proposal:
