talking about lightness...I feel lighter when I am walking....I noticed that a few days ago....i feel like i weigh very little as walking is so effortless and i seem to walk with my body more straight up, as is something is pulling me up...

Last night after meditating I had this pop in my head. It is important you begin

focusing inward rather then out ward. I looked at the time right after I got

that message and it was exactly 11:11.

what a great thread, thx Joe for digging it up!

I've had the 11:11, 3:33, etc. thing going on for a few years now, but
lately it happening so much, it's kinda ridiculous.

there hasn't been a day yet where I didn't catch the 11:11 and 3:33
both am and pm... I've been wondering if it was some kind of game
btwn me and my higher self?

Most interesting things have been happening lately. In the last few days I have

several changes in my reality. All of a sudden everything has colors glowing from

them. It is like everything is giving off light. Every time I lay down and relax my

hands I feel solid objects beneath them dematerialize. Yesterday I woke up

after having a psychic dream and when I woke up energy waves were flowing

down my head to my feet. It is getting stronger by the days. I do not know if I

am becoming more psychic or this is happening to everyone.
